Salt Lake City

Caroline had to go back to work but let sent us out to explore the city on our own until she finished at work.  We started at the Peery Hotel, our home for the rest of the week.  It is located in downtown Salt Lake and about a 1/2 block from Caroline's apartment.  In fact, we could see her building from our bedroom window.  The Peery is the only hotel on the Historic Registry in Utah.  It was built in 1910 to accommodate those who had obtained new wealth  in Utah's hills.
