The docks were opened to Isla Del Sol members for appetizers & cocktails and a cookout and to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus before they headed back to the North Pole for their journey later this month. Christmas in the Boatyard on Isla Del Sol
Saturday mornings at Isla are not slow and sleepy. Most Saturday mornings the docks are awake early with anticipation of a day on the water. There are always more people around on Saturdays. This Saturday the buzzing around the docks was taken up to another level. Decorations were tweaked, broken bulbs were replaced, boats were cleaned, refreshments were being created, tables set up and last minute runs to the grocery store kept everyone busy.
