A Walk in the Woods
Clear blue skies, no wind or rain and 55 degrees makes for a beautiful day for a walk in the woods. It looks like the daffodils will be popping their little yellow heads up soon.
I can't help but wonder what type of gnome, or fairy or imp lives in these logs. I must have read too many books when I was a child which fed my imagination.
We came up on the remnants of the fireplaces of the old house that sat on the property at one time. In March the field around them will be covered with jonquils.
