Hurricane Patty's

Hurricane Patty's, the restaurant at Rivers Edge Marina, was fun to visit, but the food was disappointing.  I supposed when the waitress brought it out and said the cook is new and forgot the fries, we should have taken that as a clue.  Steve went back for raw oysters.  He said they were good.  How hard is it to serve something raw?
