Norfolk, Virginia to Coinjock, North Carolina

We left Norfolk early this Sunday morning.  The waterway is almost completely industrial.  We experienced some difficulty with Nobeltec, the charting system.  After shutting the computer down completely twice, we were able to bring it back up.  I think all the radar and military equipment around us interfered with all of our instruments.  We were also having difficulty with Direct TV, Netflix, and our internet connection.
